Communicating Effectively

1 Day

In this one-day highly practical workshop we start by looking at the ways people communicate, that is, through body language, tone of voice and words used. We explore the way these influence communication with other people. We also ask the participants to consider the principles of empathy and rapport and how we can use these concepts to help build relationships in the workplace. We also practise the skills of becoming an active listener.

Workshop Objectives:

On completion of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Identify, explain and demonstrate how they communicate through body language, tone of voice and words
