May 2010 - London Marathon
Our principal consultant, Tony Walton, completed the Virgin London Marathon on 25th April 2010 raising over £1000 for the NSPCC. Many thanks to everyone who made a donation to this very worthwhile cause.
July 2009 - Principal Consultant - Tony Walton's 2010 Marathon bid
Tony ran in the 2008 London Marathon in April 2008 completing the course in 4hrs 26mins and raising £850 for the Arthritis Research Campaign. Thanks to everyone who made a donation. He has applied to run in the 2010 London Marathon, once again raising money for the NSPCC.
November 2007 - ILM Endorsed Business Auditing Course
South East Training has delivered yet another of its ground-breaking ILM endorsed Business Auditing Courses for participants in the South East. Candidates registered on this programme are automatically offered one year's free studying membership with ILM. Benefits to studying members include access to a host of online resources including: Edge magazine on-line, resource centre, articles on key management skills, reading lists, study guides, career development services, on-line assessment of team leading skills and advice on presenting a professional image. September 2007 - Business Auditing Overview
South East Training has this month delivered its first Business Auditing Overview Course, run over 2 days, aimed at those supporting the internal audit function who need to know more about the audit process and the benefits audit can deliver. The course also provides a refresher for those who have previously attended the 4 day Business Auditing Course but have not had the opportunity to put their skills into pactice.
March 2007 - ILM Endorsement achieved
South East Training has now gained 'Approved Provider for Endorsed Award' status with the Institute of Leadership and Management (registration number R28674) and we have run our first endorsed course this month. February 2007 - ILM Endorsement application
We have made our application for ILM endorsement of the 4 day Business Auditing Course and expect this to be completed within the next few days. Participants attending the endorsed course and passing the two assessment elements, an examination and a practical assessment, will receive an ILM Endorsed Award.
