South East Training provides learning and development in two main areas:
Management Skills training is provided both for newly appointed and experienced managers in topics as diverse as leadership and team building through to project management and process improvement. Also included are topics that enhance personal effectiveness such as time management and problem solving.
Interpersonal Skills training covers the skills required to be effective at work in both formal and less formal situations. General topics cover the interrelated skills of communicating effectively, being assertive, managing stress and working in teams. Specific topics include interviewing, negotiation, presentation skills and customer service excellence.
South East Training can also provide training and consultancy in specialist areas relating to information technology, quality management and environmental management through its partnering organisations.
Programmes are available to be run at your premises or at an agreed external venue for participant numbers between four and twenty, depending on your specific requirements.
