Tony Walton BSc (Eng), FInstLM

Tony provides a wide range of management and interpersonal skills training as well as specialist training and consultancy in the areas of project management, business process improvement and auditing, and change management.

Tony's career includes 10 years in the petroleum industry, working in South East Asia, Australia, Africa and Europe, and more than 15 years as a management consultant and trainer working in the UK public sector and throughout a broad range of industries in the UK and overseas.

Tony is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management.

Sylvia Ellison BSc, MSc

Sylvia is an experienced consultant and trainer in the areas of business process management, information security and software quality management. Prior to joining South East Training, Sylvia worked for Thorn EMI Electronics, Logica and RoyalBlue Technologies and established Aten Consulting.

Sylvia is a Registered Lead TickIT Auditor with IRCA, the International Register of Certificated Auditors.
